The Story Behind the Name

“Strand” symbolizes the intricate beauty in every detail — every piece of hair, every client, every moment that makes us who we are.

Soar & Strand was created to be more than a salon — it’s a reflection of my story.

This studio is also deeply personal. It’s a tribute to the people who shaped me — my Grandma and Grandpa Vittetoe, my Uncle Doug, and my Great Grandpa and Grandma White. Their belief in me and their quiet strength are woven into every part of this space.

When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll usually find me with my mini schnauzer, Roxy (aka my sidekick and spirit animal), or spending time on the water, exploring new places, and soaking up the little things — good coffee, music, and slow mornings with my favorite people.
