Booking your appointment at Soar & Strand is the first step in creating a look (and a feeling) that’s completely your own. Every visit is thoughtfully curated to give you the time, care, and attention you deserve — because great hair begins with a great experience.

At Soar & Strand, your time and trust matter deeply. These policies are in place to help maintain a smooth, respectful experience for everyone.
Cancellations:
 Life happens — I completely understand. I simply ask that you respect your appointment time and kindly provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
  • 48 hours or more: no fee
  • Less than 48 hours: 50% of the cost of services booked
  • No-shows: 100% of the cost of services booked
A credit card is required on file when booking. This helps secure your time and allows the studio to prepare just for you.

Salon Policies

Card payments are welcome and may include a small 3.5% processing fee. Cash is always accepted if you prefer to avoid the fee.
